Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom products or personalized items

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The product must still meet the eligibility conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

Warranty

All of our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects and quality issues.

The warranty ensures that items are free from defects in materials and workmanship.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Depending on the case, we may offer: repair, replacement, or refund.
